Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use one account for yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Community use
Use PaddlePing to coordinate lawful pickleball activity. Do not harass others, impersonate people, spam, post illegal or objectionable content, misuse personal information, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or cooperate with lawful requests to protect members.
Games, courts, and safety
Game listings and court details may be submitted by members or map contributors and can be incomplete. Confirm access, fees, hours, rules, conditions, and participant suitability yourself. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. PaddlePing is not a court operator, coach, medical provider, or emergency service.
Content
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant PaddlePing a limited license to host, display, process, and moderate it as needed to operate the service. Do not submit content you lack permission to use.
Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is” and may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, PaddlePing disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Ending use
You may stop using PaddlePing or delete your account in the app. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms or create safety or security risk.
